Wong Shi Xiang (黃石祥, Huang Shixiang, 1902–1971) was a prominent Chinese%20martial%20artist, specifically known for his expertise in Southern Shaolin styles. He was a key figure in the transmission and popularization of these styles within the Guangdong province and beyond. Wong Shi Xiang is often credited with helping to formalize and codify the Hung%20Gar system, a highly influential Southern Shaolin style. He contributed significantly to the development of Hung Gar forms, techniques, and training methodologies. He had many students including his son Wong Hon Fun and Grandmaster Kwong Tit Fu.
